We consider SPECIALIZE to be a grossly underrated Stallion. He is a chestnut horse (foaled in 1993) extremely wellbred and his strength and good nature comes through in his foals. They are all outstanding from birth - good healthy, well put-together individuals easily identified in the paddock.

Trainers have found them to be tractable and easily brought to hand but on the track they show their willingness to win and just "keep on giving".

SPECIALIZE's sire BLUEBIRD was a champion sprinter in Australasia and sired no less than 73 Stakes Winners including Bluebird the Word and Dolphin Street.

His Dam SPECIAL (also a champion sprinter) was a multiple Group 1 winner racing against the best. She was also the dam of Lady Special - dam of that prolific Group winner Bomber Bill.

He is a strong, brown horse and his foals are usually stocky, healthy and full of 'vim and vigour', ready to take on the world.

By ROYAL ACADEMY - the Nijinsky horse by Northern Dancer - top of the 1990 European 3YO classification 1400m - 1800m, he sired 139 Stakes Winners including Bel Esprit, Oscar Schindler and Eyeofthetiger.

His Dam MRS CLAYTON was by Sir Godfrey. She is a half-sister to KINJITE and Last Lady (Dam of SCAREDEE CAT).
